Changeover Switches

Load change-over switches are used in distribution systems when a load is to be connected to a main supply or to an alternative supply from a generator etc. Load change-over switches are used wherever continuity of supply is necessary.

Automatic load change-over switches and transfer switches are used to transfer electrical loads from a normal power supply to an emergency power supply, e.g. a generator. They are used wherever continuity of supply is necessary.
